We are looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead development of our web based offerings. You will be responsible for leading a team of software developers to deliver improvements in our applications that support First Party QA, Business Intelligence, Business Relationship Management and other internal partners. You will also provide technical direction, coaching and mentoring to employees on your team.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the Business Application Software Engineering team to provide innovation, predictability and reliability in the development of applications that support our internal business partners
- Determine appropriate architecture, technology and processes related to developing, implementing, hosting and operating the business applications
- Work with the Scrum Master to ensure that project priorities, planning and development are on target
- Work with team to develop technology roadmaps to communicate and successfully implement changes to architecture, applications and services
- Develop effective relationships with peer managers in other groups or departments to drive process improvement and proactive change management
- Create and maintain the processes and tools required to successfully engineer applications and in pace with business needs
- Ensure that adequate documentation, support and training are provided and are effective
- Interact with senior management and external groups for planning and budgeting
- Manage ongoing training and development of team
