Arbor?s Boston office has immediate openings for FHA Analysts in the Screening Group.?? The main function of this position will be to support the continued growth of Arbor?s HUD/FHA business by analyzing multifamily and healthcare loan opportunities and recommending financing options?using Arbor's FHA loan products.? The Analyst will work independently and in a team environment to collect and review financial exhibits and market data for debt structure modeling in Excel. Other responsibilities include?conducting preliminary credit analysis, completing market research through third party information sources and ensuring compliance with program requirements.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor?s degree in Finance or a related field and have a familiarity with the terms and concepts of real estate finance. Minimum of six months experience in the analysis of income producing real estate is required.? Previous multifamily or healthcare analysis and/or experience with the FHA loan programs are a plus. Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and possess excellent communication, multi-tasking and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will be hard working, a quick learner, detail oriented, well organized and have the ability to work alone as well as with others to reach a common goal.?
