There?s no doubt as a buyers agent here in the Barrington area, many of the commodities mentioned here are?vitally??important. ?What good is a buyers agent without market knowledge, or?negotiation?skills or experience? ?My online tools are convenient, my personal?experience?is totally swamped by my professional?experience, but I have been in your shoes. Designations mean I have learned more than I am required to know. Running my business like a business means my work weeks are structured,?I am organized.
In my eyes the commodity I offer which is the most important to my buyer clients is this:
AVAILABILITY
My availability scores high because I don?t have another job, even part time. My kids are adults and can fully function without me ? even though they live under my roof. My husband understands my work schedule is more crazy that his. I only take limited listings and if I need assistance, my colleague will step in with my sellers as needed.
My availability to you as a buyer is for showings, emails, phone calls, inspections, driving and collecting as needed, support, just about anything you?ll need as my buyer client. In short I am as available as I possible can be.
